“Defeat is a state of mind. No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as reality. To me, defeat in anything is merely temporary, and its punishment is but an urge for me to greater effort to achieve my goal. Defeat simply tells me that something is wrong in my doing; it is a path leading to success and truth.”

“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.”

How come it’s easier for people to believe in someone they haven’t met to make change in their lives, and yet. they find it so hard to believe in themselves? Isn’t it time you believed in YOURSELF to make the change you want to see?

“Leadership; A way of living”…Lets take a brief moment to think about this. We seldom think of leadership as a life style. We are mostly concerned on external factors rather than our actions and how they reflect who we are.
I was the type of person who would constantly be preoccupied and concerned with everything but myself. I never really analyzed what I was doing and the effects my actions would have. I look back now and feel like I was sleeping all those years.
Today I get up every morning with a positive and focused state of mind. I can honestly say that I wake up with purpose. This was not always my case, therefore this means that we can refocus our way of thinking and improve our state of mind.
There is a close relationship between our characteristics and our life styles. These characteristics are acquired one way or another. Through proper conditioning we can develop the kind of character that will not disappoint us .
I am a firm beiever that it all starts with confidence. This means that your selfconfidence plays a mayor roll in your life style. I intend to share some key points on Leadership Coaching and Confidence Building among others, that will shed some light on how Leadership can be your way of life.
